Aurat Agar Tanhayi Me Namaz Padhe Tab Bhi Usay Chadar Odhne Ka Hukum Hai- Jabki Halat-i Namaz Kai Ilawa Apne Ghar Kai Andar (Jahan Ajnabi Mard Na Ho) Apnay Sar Ko Khula Rakh Sakhti Hai- Malum Huwa Ki Namaz Ki Halat Me Zeenat Ka Ikhtiyaar Yani Satr Poshi Bari Ta’ala Ka Haq Hai-

Azaad Aurat Namaz Me Dupatta Aoday Ge Jaisa Ki Aap (ﷺ) Ne Irshaad Farmaya:

“Yani Kisi Baligh Aurat Ki Namaz Allah Tabarak Ta’ala Bagair Dupatta Kai Qabool Nahi Farmata-”

Halanki Is Kai Liye Apne Shohar Aur Mehram Rishtidaro’n Kai Samnay Aodni Ya Dupattay Ka Aodna Zoruri Nahe Hai Jabki Wo Zeenat Batinah Ka Izhaar Apnay Mehram Rishtidaro’n Kai Samnay Kar Sakhti Hai- Jabki Halat-i Namaz Me Is Kai leye Sar Ka Khula Rakhna Jayiz Nahe- Na Mehram Rishtidaro’n Kai Samnay Na He Ghair Mehramo’n Kai Samnay-

Is Kai Bar’akis Chehrah Haat Aur Pao’n Ka Hukum Hai Ki Sahi Maslak Yahi Hai Ki Ajnabi Mardo’n Kai Samnay Aurat Kai Leye Jayiz Nahe Ki In Aaza-e Jism Ko Zahir Karay-

Lekin Namaz Me Chehrah, Haat Aur Pao’n Ko Chupana Wajib Nahe Hai Is Baat Par Ummat Ka Itifaaq Hai- Halanki Chehray Ka Shumaar Posheeda Zeenat Me Hota Hai Is Kai Bawojud Doraan-i Namaz Chehrah Khula Rakhna Bil-ijma Jayiz Hai- Isi Tarah Jumhoor Ulama Imam Shafa’i, Imaam Abu Hanifa Wagaira (Rahimahullah Alyhim) Kai Nazdik Namaz Me Dono’n Haatu’n Ko Khula Rakh Sakhti Hai- Albatta Imaam Ahmad (Rahimahullah) Kai Do Qol Hai Eak Yahi Hai- Aur Dosra Is Kai Khilaaf Hai- Imaam Abu Hanifa (Rahimahullah) Kai Nazdik Dono Pao’n Ka Bhi Yahi Hukum Hai Aur Yahi Maslak Zada Qawi Hai-


Khulasa Ye Ki Nas Aur Ijma Se Ye Baat Sabit Ho Gaye Ki Aurat Agar Ghar Me Namaz Paday To Is Kai Leye Jalbaab Ka Istimaal Zoruri Nahe Hai Aur Jalbaab Se Murad Wo Kushada Chadar Hai Jo Aurat Kai Puray Badan Ko Chupati Ho Balki Jalbaab Sirf Usi Surat Me Zoruri Hai Jabki Wo Ghar Se Bahar Niklay- Ghar Me Namaz Padtay Huway Agar Aurat Ka Haat, Pair Aur Chehrah Khula Rahay To Ye Jayiz Hai-

Yaha Se Ye Haqiqat Wazeh Ho Gaye Ki Eak Mard Dosray Mard Se Aur Eak Aurat Dosri Aurat Se Jitna Pardah Karegi Us Se Kahi Zada Pardah Halat-i Namaz Me Karay Ge- Isi Leye Aurat Ko Halat-i Namaz Me Dupatta Aodnay Ka Hukum Deya Gaya Hai Baqi Raha Chehrah Dono’n Haat Aur Dono’n Pair To Inhay Is Kai Leye Ajnabi Mardo’n Kai Samnay Zahir Karna Mana Hai- Lekin Aurato’n Aur Mehram Mardo’n Kai Samnay In Ka Khula Rakhna Jayiz Hai-

Halat-i Ahram Me Aurat Kai Chehray Se Mutaliq Imaam Ahmad Bin Hanbal (Rahimahullah) Wagaira Kai Mazhab Me Do Qol Hain-


1: Ek Rai To Ye Hai Ki Wo Mard Kai Sar Ki Tarah Hai Jisay Na Chupaya Jaye Ga-

2: Aur Dosra Qol Ye Hai Ki Aurat Ka Chehrah Mard Kai Dono’n Haatu’n Kai Hukum Me Hai Jisay Burqa Aur Naqaab Wagaira Kisi Aesi Cheez Se Nahein Chupayain Ge Jo Khaas Tor Par Is Muqsad Kai Leye Banaya Gaya Ho- Aur Yahi Qol Sahi Hai Kyu Ki Aap (ﷺ) Ne Sirf Naqaab Aur Dastanay Kai Istimaal Se Mana Farmaya Hai-

Albatta Halat-i Ahram Me Auratein Apnay Chehray Par Bagair Kisi Hayil Kai Mardo’n Ki Nazro’n Se Bachav Kai Leye Ghunghat Nikal Leya Karti Thi-

Jaisa Ki Ye Baat Aachuki Hai Ki Aurat Puri Ki Puri Chupanay Ki Cheez Hai Is Leye Isay Apnay Chehray Aur Dono’n Haatu’n Ko Chupana Hoga Lekin Kisi Aesay Kapday Se Jo Insaani Aaza Kai Mutabiq Na Sila Gaya Ho Isi Tarah Jis Tarah Ki Mard Pajama Ya Shalwaar Wagaira Na Pehnay Ga Balki Tehband Istimaal Karay Ga-
