 TARAWEEH "20 AUR 8" KI TAFSEEL


👉 Taraweeh, Tahajjud, Qiyam-e-Ramzan Ya Qiyam-ul-Layl Ek hi Namaz ke Alag Alag naam hain jo Namaz saal ke 11 Mahinon mein Tahajjud hoti hai wahi Ramzan mein Taraweeh ban jaati hai Ahadees mein aam taur se Qiyam-e-Ramzan Ya Qiyam-ul-Layl Alfaaz ka istemal hua hai.

TARAVEEH LAFZ KA ISTEMAL BAAD MEIN SHURU HUA

RasoolAllah (ﷺ) Ke Daur Mein Taraweeh

👉Abu Huraira (Radhi Allahu Anhu) farmate hain ki:- RasoolAllah (ﷺ) hame Qiyam-e-Ramzan (Taraweeh) ki targheeb diya karte they. Lekin iski Takeed nahi karte they. Aur farmate they. jisne imaan ki halat mein sawaab ki Niyat se Ramzan ki Raat mai Qiyam kiya toh uske pichle gunaah Maaf kar diye jayenge.

👆 Iss Hadees se maloom hua ke yeh Namaz mustahab hai. Wajib ya Sunnat-e-Muakkidah Nahi.

RasoolAllah (ﷺ) Ne 3 Raaton Tak Taraweeh Padhayi

👉RasoolAllah (ﷺ) ne Ramzan ke Aakhri Ashre mein Sahaba ko 3 Raaton tak Taraweeh padhayi, Lekin chauthi raat nahi padhayi, chauthi raat Aap (ﷺ) apne Hujre se bahar nikale aur farmaya : Mujhe tumhare yahan jamaa hone ka ilm tha lekin mujhe darr hua ke kahin yeh Namaz tum par Farz Na kar di Jaye.

👆 Isse pata chala ke Taraweeh ki Namaz khud Nabi-e-Kareem (ﷺ) ne Jamaat se Padhayi, Lekin ummat par Mashaqqat ki wajah se iski pabandi Nahi ki.

RasoolAllah (ﷺ) Ne 11 (8+3) Se Zyada Nahi Padhi.

👉Aisha (Radhi Allahu Anha) se pucha gaya ke Nabi-e-Kareem (ﷺ) ki Ramazan mein (Raat Ki) Namaz kaisi hoti thi.
Toh unhone farmaya:- Ramazan ho Ya Ghair Ramazan Rasool'Allah (ﷺ) 11 Rakat se zyada Nahi padhte the.

👆Iss hadees ko Imam Bukhari Rahimahullah ne "Tahajjud" (Hadees Number 1147) aur "Taraweeh" (Hadees Number 2013) dono Baab (Chapter) mein bayan kiya hai.
Jo is Baat ki Daleel hai ki Tahajjud aur Taraweeh Ek hi Namaz ke 2 Naam Hain.

👉Iske alawa iss Hadees par guftugu karte huay Shaikh Anwar Shah Kashmiree (Rahimahullah) Likhte hain ke "Tahajjud Aur Taraweeh Ek hi Namaz hai aur inme Koi Farq Nahi hai.

👉Hazrat Jabir (Radhi Allahu Anhu) se Riwayat hai ke: "Hame RasoolAllah (ﷺ) ne Ramazan mein (Raat Ki) Namaz padhayi, Aapne 8 Rakat aur Witr padhi.

👉Ubai Bin Ka'ab (Radhi Allahu Anhu) se Riwayat hai maine Ramadan mein 8 Rakat aur Witr padhi Aur Nabi-e-Kareem ﷺ ko Bataya Toh Aap ﷺ Ne kuch bhi Nahi Farmaya:- Bas yeh Razamandi wali Sunnat bn Gayi.

Rasool'Allah ﷺ Ke Daur Ke Baad Taraweeh

👉Ek Din Umar (Radhi Allahu Anhu) Ramadan ki Raat masjid mein gaye toh wahan dekha ki kuch Log akele Namaz padh rahe the aur kuch log ekattha kisi imaam ke Piche Namaz padh rahe the. To Umar (Radhi Allahu Anhu) ne Farmaya:- Ke mera khayal hai ke agar inn Sab ko Ek qaari ke piche jamaa karun to zayada accha hoga. Phir Umar (Radhi Allahu Anhu) ne Ubai Bin Ka'ab (Radhi Allahu Anhu) ko Imam banaya aur logon ko unke piche jamaa kiya.

👉 Ameer-ul-momineen saiyadna Umar Bin Khattab (Radhi Allahu Anhu) ne Ubai Bin Ka'ab (Radhi Allahu Anhu) aur Tameem Daari (Radhi Allahu Anhu) ko hukum diya ke Logon ko (Ramazan ki raat mein Witr ke sath 11 Rakat Padhayen)
[Muwatta Imam Malik Hadees Number: 249, Sunan Behaqi: 2/496, Mishkat Hadees Number: 1302]

Note :- Muwatta Imam Malik (Hadees Number 250) mein Hazrat Umar (Radhi Allahu Anhu) ka 20 Rakat Taraweeh padhne ka hukum dene wali Riwayat zaeef (Ghair Moatabar) hai kyunki uss Hadees mein Taba'een Yazid Bin Ruman (Radhi Allahu Anhu) Umar (Radhi Allahu Anhu) Ki Daur-e-Khilafat Ke bare mein bayan karte hain jab ki waha Umar (Radhi Allahu Anhu) ke zamane mein paida bhi Nahi huye the.
Is Riwayat ko kai Ulama ne Zaeef Kaha Hai.

👉 Isi tarah Mussannaf Ibne Abi Shaybah ne Abdullah Ibn-e-Abbas (Radhi Allahu Anhu) se Riwayat hai ke Rasool'Allah (ﷺ) Ramazan mein 20 Rakat aur Witr padhte the. Is Riwayat ko bhi kai Ulama ne Zaeef/ Ghair Moatabar Hadees Kaha Hai.

Jaise :- Allama Ayni Hanafi. (Umdat-ul-Qari 1/127) Allama Zayla'i, Hanafi (Nasburraya1/153) Ibn-e-Humam (Fatah-ul-Qadeer 1/333)

ULAMA KE AQWAL 8 RAKAT TARAWEEH

1) Mulla Ali Qari (Rahimahullah) inn sabka nateeja ye hai ke Qiyam-e-Ramzan (Taraweeh) Witr mila kar 11 Rakat Jamaat ke sath Sunnat hai. Ye Aap (ﷺ) Ka Amal Hai.

2) Imam Tahtawi (Rahimahullah) "kyunki Nabi-e-Kareem (ﷺ) ne 20 Rakat nahi, balke 8 Rakat padhi Hai."

3) Maulana Anwar Shah Kashmiree (Rahimahullah) "Iske qabool karne mein koi chhutkara Nahi hai ke Aap ﷺ ki Taraweeh 8 Rakat thi Aur kisi aik bhi Riwayat se yeh sabit Nahi hai ke Aap ﷺ ne Ramzan mein Taraweeh aur Tahajjud alag alag padhe ho."

👉4) Maulana Abdul Haiy Firangi Mahali Lucknawi (Rahimahullah) Sahih Ibn-e-Hibban ki Riwayat, jisme Jabir (Radhi Allahu Anhu) farmate hain ke Nabi-e-Kareem ﷺ ne Ramzan mein Sahaba ko 8 Rakat aur Witr padhaai bilkul Sahih hai.

TARAWEEH KI TADAAD TABAEE WAGAIRAH KI KITNI RAKAT

👉 Imam Tirmizi (Rahimahullah) "aur Ulama ka Qiyam-e-Ramzan (Yani Taraweeh ki Tadaad) mein Ikhtelaf Hai."
[Sunan Tirmizi Hadees Number:- 806 Ke Tehat]

Allama Ayni Hanafi (Rahimahullah) "Ulama ka Ikhtelaf hai ke Taraweeh ki kitni Rakat hai iske Baad unhone Taba'een aur Taba Taba'een se Taraweeh ki Alag Alag Rakat bayan ki.

Jaise :-

1) Yazid Bin Aswad (Rahimahullah) se 47 Rakat,
2) Imam Malik (Rahimahullah) se 38 Rakat,
3) Madine Walon ka Amal 41 Rakat
4) Umar Bin Abdul Aziz (Rahimahullah) ke daur mein 39 Rakat,
5) Saeed Bin Zubair (Rahimahullah) se 24 Rakat,
6) Abu Majlis (Rahimahullah) se 16 Rakat,
7) Mohammad Bin Ishaque (Rahimahullah) se 13 Rakat,
8) Imam Malik (Rahimahullah) se aik Aur Qaul Ke Mutabiq 11 Rakat,

Conclusion:- Inn sabke conclusion yeh hai ke jo Log yeh dawah karte hain ke 20 Rakat par ummat ka ijmah hai, Unka dawah Be-Bunyaad hai, Rakat ki tadaad mein ikhtelaf ki wajah Yeh ho sakti hai ki Qiyam-e-Ramzan Ek Nafil ibadat hai, isliye in Hazraat ne koi tadaad muqarar Nahi ki thi Hamara bhi Yahi kehna hai ke agar koi 20, 39, 47, Rakat padhta hai toh jayz hai Lekin Taraweeh ki Sunnat tadaad 11 Rakat (Witr Mila kar) hi hai jaisa ki khud Nabi-e-Kareem (ﷺ) aur Umar (Radhi Allahu Anhu) se Sabit Hai.
